If the answer is yes - then you are probably eligible for a government grant for Leadership and Management Training: If you employ between 5 and 249 people then grants are available to help all sectors develop their leadership and management skills. Through Train to Gain, which is part of the Learning and Skills Council, you can secure access to a grant of up to £1,000 to help develop the leadership and management skills within your business. This means that you can get £1500 worth of assistance for an investment of only £500. Both will be at Carpenter House. The University of Bath is offering people the chance to turn their dreams about starting their own business into reality. The New Year brings new horizons for many, and the University’s Division for Lifelong Learning is offering people the chance to realise their ambitions.
