Please take a brief moment time to read through, and think about the questions below. If you answer no to a significant proportion of them then we believe that we can help you with your Business Strategy.
- Do you have a clear idea of what you do, how you do it and the values that you stand for?
- Do you have a written down (or at least recorded) a clear statement of what you are intending to do and how you will go about it?
- Is this statement communicated effectively to all of your stakeholders. Have you got your story straight?
- Do you receive regular feedback and update your strategy accordingly?
- Do you measure everything you do against a set of criteria derived from your culture and values i.e. we are high tech, high margin, consumer product manufacturers?
The above is not an exhaustive list, but answering 'no' indicates that there may be a gap in your understanding of how to drive your business forward. We do not simply encourage organisations to 'tick boxes', we really want to help you fill in the gaps in your understanding so that you can answer 'yes' to all of the above questions.

Market Research
We work in difficult areas that many Market Research companies will not operate in. We do have access to some of the data that they do but what happens if you are breaking into a new market, a new country or simply work in a specialist niche and the market data is simply not available from a database? This is the type of work that we do.

Linked to Strategy is eStrategy, how you use electronic media to attract customers and create competitive advantage. Take a look at the following questions:- Do you have ways of obtaining feedback on services or products delivered in the past?
- Do you know and understand the search terms and key words that your customers would use when looking for you on the internet or any other directory?
- Do you currently identify and seek out other businesses that target the same customer, with whom you might collaborate?
- Do you create testimonials, case studies and papers containing knowledge/ideas as a matter of course?
- Have you any free collateral that you can offer to visitors in return for contact details/email addresses?
- Can you clearly identify (to yourself and others) exactly who your customers are, what products and services you can provide for them (what pain you remove) and how you differ from the competition?
- When interacting with customers do you remind them of other products and services that you offer or other projects that you are engaged in?
- Does your advertising and promotional material help your customers to develop understanding and/or arouse interest about your products and services?
- Do you actively seek out and create opportunities to work with others, including demonstrating how this might work?
