contains the types of information that banks and other investors will wish to
see. There will certainly be items that are not applicable to your particular
business. It may also prompt you to think about certain aspects of your

create an action plan for commercialising your idea(s) and assist in determining whether you are ready to implement your product or market
development plan. Simply answer the questions and grade your
responses according to the relevant scale. Make relevant notes – and identify
