Leadership and Management Workshops
Subject expert: Marc Braddock. Marc’s diverse business experience includes distributor management, working across different cultures, project management, product brand management, creating special interest groups and running small businesses.More recently Marc’s interests have included Organisational Transactional Analysis, facilitation of accredited coaching and mentoring training, qualification as an accredited TIFF psychometric analysis provider and becoming an Action Learning Set facilitator.

Asks the question of what is leadership versus management. Provides stimulating perspectives on different levels of leadership maturity and management responsibility in a journey from ‘Opportunist’ to ‘Alchemist’.Workshops can be tailored for most audiences. Subject expert: Christine Hardisty. Christine’s area of interest is working with technical specialists to develop their skills for business and working relationships. She is passionate about the use of coach/mentor approaches as a means of supporting people to make positive responses to change and to achieve rapid personal development. Both her coaching and her facilitation work are underpinned by a philosophy of empowering people to take responsibility for their own development and actions.Christine designs courses that allow participants to be clear on their learning objectives, to negotiate the level of challenge that is right for them, and most importantly - to participate and have fun.
